Order Cancellation Policy

At Havessacasa, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellation requests must be handled within a limited time frame. This policy explains when and how an order can be canceled.

1. Order Processing Status

After an order is placed, it goes through several stages:

  • Order confirmation
  • Payment verification
  • Warehouse processing
  • Packaging & dispatch

Once an order enters the warehouse processing stage, it may already be preparing for shipment and cannot always be stopped.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation only under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been processed or packed
  • The order has not been handed over to the shipping carrier

If the order has already been processed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation, but you may still request a return after delivery.

3. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Provide your order number
  • Use the same email used at checkout
  • Clearly state the reason for cancellation

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Once a refund is initiated, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Cancellation is not available in the following cases:

  • Orders already shipped or in transit
  • Orders prepared for dispatch
  • Custom-made or special-request items
  • Orders flagged as high priority for fast shipping

6. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not claimed:

  • It may be returned to our warehouse
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund
  • Processing time may be extended due to carrier handling

We recommend accepting the package and requesting a return if needed.

7. Important Notes

  • We process orders quickly to ensure delivery within 5–9 business days (US & Germany)
  • Because of fast processing, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstance
  • Promotional or discounted orders follow the same cancellation rules
