All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Coverage

Havessacasa currently ships to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Germany

We are continuously expanding our logistics network to serve more regions in the future.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Orders under $109.99 → $7.84 shipping fee
  • Orders of $109.99 or more → Free shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is affected by a fulfillment error or product defect.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped:

  • United States: 5–9 business days
  • Germany: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak season demand.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Customs & Duties
