Havessacasa offers returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and gifts intact. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a return.

- Please note that banks or payment platforms may require an additional 1–3 business days to process the funds.
